MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS: If you have subscribed to our monthly subscription, just cancel before the start of your new "month" (billing cycle). If you're having trouble, please contact us immediately as there are no refunds for our monthly subscription. 

 

YEARLY SUBSCRIBERS: If you have subscribed to our yearly subscription, cancel anytime before the start of your new "year" (billing cycle). If you're having trouble, please contact us prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel within the first month of the next billing cycle, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and will receive an 80% refund of the yearly fee. However, if the Skype lesson offered with all yearly subscriptions is used within the first month of the new year's subscription (new billing cycle), no refund will be given. Any cancellations after the first month forfeits a refund.
